Do you provide towels?
There are plenty of towels for use inside the villa, but we ask you to bring your own towels for use by the pool and at the beach
Do you provide a hairdryer?
Yes, hairdryers are provided
Is there a barbeque?
There is no barbeque available for the house. However, you can rent one from the management company when you register on arrival, or during your visit. Their rates are per week. We ask that all barbeques are placed and used outside the pool screen to avoid damage to the pool decking.
Is the villa smoking or non-smoking?
The villa is strictly non-smoking
How far is the nearest supermarket?
There is a PUBLIX about 1.5 miles north on route 27 (towards 192 and Disney) on the left hand side at the first set of traffic lights. They carry an excellent range of food. There is a huge Walmart, with everything under the sun(!!), north on route 27 just north of the exit for the 192. It is on the right.
Can you advise on tickets for the parks?
The management company do some discounts on tickets which we will send out in advance. The internet is obviously another source. Apart from that, at this point we do not know any further tricks!!
How do we turn on the spa?
The instructions for use of the spa can be found in the management company information in the villa.
Is the pool and spa heated?
You can arrange for heating prior to your departure through the Millars directly. However, if you find you need it during your stay, but have not pre-ordered, please contact the management company during your stay.
What are the washing facilities?
There is a utility room with separate washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board is available.
Is there a telephone?
There is a telephone with free local calls. You can purchase phone cards locally to pay for long distance calls. Unauthorised use of the phone will be billed using the credit card deposit facility. If it is not working, please inform the management company
What additional facilities are there?
There is cable TV in the house with 77 channels. The living area has TV and DVD, with a small selection of DVD’s provided. A playstation is available with TV in the twin bedded room (with a couple of games) and a TV with cable in the master bedroom. There are some books in the house and we are happy if you “swap” books or leave any you do not want to travel with. A CD player is also available.
Where can we eat out?
The management company, in the welcome information, provide details of all the restaurants on the 192. At the intersection with the I-4 there are a number of the real fast food joints for breakfast and around there are a number of take-aways (none tried by ourselves, so feedback would be good)
