Terms and Conditions

Booking conditions:

A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking, and this should be sent with a completed booking form. The balance of your holiday will then become payable 8 weeks before departure. If payment is not received on or by this date we reserve the right to cancel your booking with loss of deposit or, at our discretion, charge an administrative fee should circumstances warrant. If the booking is under 8 weeks before departure, full payment is payable at the time of booking along with the security deposit.

Security deposit:

You are asked to register with Stonebridge Vacation Homes on arrival and a security deposit will be taken in the form of a credit card. This will be destroyed after your departure once they have checked that the villa and its content are in the same condition as on your arrival, and there has been no unauthorized use of amenities such as the telephone. Any damage, breakages, unauthorized use of utilities and/or leaving the villa in such a condition that warrants additional cleaning will be made good from your security deposit along with an administrative charge.

Liability limitation:

The owners or their agents will not be held responsible for loss or delay howsoever caused beyond our control i.e. strikes, riots, fire, war, threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, flight delays or cancellations, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, flood, transport problems of any kind etc (this list is neither exclusive or exhaustive)

Use of the villa:

Only persons named on the booking form are allowed to use the villa and facilities at West Stonebridge (this is a requirement of Florida State Law). We would like to remind you that for the sake of the enjoyment of future guests, this is a strictly NO SMOKING villa.

Safety:

Guidance on the use of all aspects of the villa, pool and surround is provided within the villa by the management company.

Arrival/departures:

Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am so that cleaners have sufficient time to clean before the next guests arrive. Arrangements can be made locally to delay departure. All rentals are inclusive of electricity, water, cable and local sales taxes, but excludes the cost of heating the pool/Jacuzzi. This will be arranged at booking and charged when full payment is due. A telephone is available for your use in the villa with local calls free of charge, but you will need a pre-paid phone card for long distance or international calls.

Cancellations:

In the event that you should cancel you booking, the following charges apply:

Period before departure Charge
Up to 12 weeks before Administrative charge of £25 per week
Up to 8 weeks before Loss of deposit
Up to 4 weeks before 50% of all monies
Less than 4 weeks before 100% of all monies

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the person who made the booking.
